powmr 3000w hybrid inverter 24v-230v

i found this on ebay for only 290 dollars!! can i use a step down transformer to take the 230v to 120v all the time for my, mini firgde, ps5 tv and such? will the pure sine wave from the inverter continue proper thru the transformer?
