What breakers should I purchase

I have a Sungold 5K Solar Kit I want to use for a tiny house so this is a more permanent installation and I understand the wiring has to be a bit different with breakers and cut off switches. Sungold doesn’t seem to provide all the information and thus its a difficult DIY as I am not an electrician. I am wondering if you could recommend a 2p-200a breaker for the battery to the controller/inverter/charger and then a 25a breaker for the pv cutoff. These are the two breakers that SG is saying to put in line and I am not certain if these are to be DC or AC cutoff/breakers. I am also wondering what size breaker I need for my load center. I am only going with the one 5k unit and do not need 240v as everything I will be using is 120v and the highest wattage is 2000 for a incinerator toilet.
