Will different Enphase micro inverters work on the same panel?

My original system of 20 Jinko Eagle 403W solar panels use IQ7 micro inverters. I had six additional panels that are rated at 430W scheduled for install with IQ8M micro inverters. However, the company said the IQ8M micro inverters were not compatible with our system and said they would be using the IQ7+ micro inverters instead. However, those inverters are rated at a max of 295w output! Why would I pay for 430w bifacial panels when they would be limited to 295w output?
